Service Refund

DJ’s Garage Door Service 903-576-6194 Owner DJ Himel we provide Garage Door service and install. We are proud of the work we do, and back it by a 90-day warranty on all service work that is done on your garage doors by DJ’s Garage Door Service. If our service does not meet your expectations at any time please call us at 903-576-6194 to discuss what we can do to either make it right or refund the full amount of the service provided. Within the 90 days you can collect a full refund no questions asked. Please provide the Invoice that you were given when the job was completed from DJ’s Garage Door Service. The refund can be credited by the form of payment that was provided during service. Please allow up to 3 days for any card transactions that are being refunded.

 Parts Refund

On any parts that are bought thru DJ’s Garage Door Services, we will back them for the first 14 days in service. After the 14-day period they will have to go thru the manufactures warranty to have new parts sent or to have a refund transaction done.
